Best advice for an incoming student:
Get involved on campus. When I started college, I was overwhelmed by all the changes that happened. Moving away from home, starting new and challenging classes, and worrying about making new friends were all scary things I had to deal with. What helped me was joining clubs and other organizations on campus. By getting involved I built a community for myself full of amazing friends that have become my support system throughout college.

Why should you come to Wreck Camp?:
Wreck Camp allows incoming students to get a head start on their Georgia Tech journeys. You will get the chance to build friendship with other incoming students, hear from current Tech students about their experiences, grow and learn about who you are, and have so so much fun. For me, the choice to come to Wreck Camp was the best decision I made my first year at Tech. I gained a lot of confidence in my ability to succeed at Georgia Tech, but what makes Wreck Camp special is that everyone’s experience is different and each person takes something unique from their time there. So come to Wreck Camp because I promise you won’t regret it!
