Best advice for an incoming student:
First and foremost: Go to class!!! I know it can be hard, especially with 8ams, but the best way to learn is by being there and actively participating. This leads to the second part: talk to the people around you in class! Getting to know the people in your classes is a great way to make friends and it's also nice to have people to reach out to when you want to study or need help on an assignment. Plus, having friends in your classes gives you more of an incentive to go, so it's a win-win scenario!

Why should you come to Wreck Camp?:
One of the scariest things about starting college is meeting new people, but the great thing about Wreck Camp is that you will be starting college already knowing people! It's such a comfort to see familiar faces around campus, and not only will you know some friends who may be in your clubs and classes, but you'll know some older students too! The older students have already been through the transition to college and are great resources to ask for advice whether its for joining a club, taking a course, anything! I have met some amazing people at Wreck Camp, and I know that you will, too. :)
